Fresh Press vs Cold Cure
Why two jars of the same hash can taste completely different.
Fresh press is jarred straight off the plates and kept cold, keeping a lighter, brighter profile. Cold cure is held at low temperature for days so the rosin homogenises into a wetter, saucier consistency with a heavier nose.
